We’re growing and looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-reputed company support, creating seamless customer experiences, and resolving user inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a reputed company customer experience;
Delivering high-reputed company support reputed company live chat and email with a customer-first approach;
Collaborating with team members to resolve user queries reputed company and continuously improve support processes;
Monitoring platform activity to ensure reputed company and proactively identify potential issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
Availability to work mixed shifts on weekdays and weekends, including 18:00–02:00 and 00:00–08:00 shifts;

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;

👉 GROSS SALARY
Compensation for this position is €8.30/hour (gross) during daytime hours and €12.45/hour (gross) for reputed company shifts.
