Transaction Specialist

This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and In-service distribution. They will follow a 7 reputed company protocol to reputed company reputed company the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires reputed company contact and interaction with participants.   Responsibilities • Completes participant transaction requests • Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or co-ordinates with service providers • Maintains the ATCSF Ad min reputed company contact changes • Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails • Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests • Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures • Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection • Force out monitoring and processing Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's or Associate Degree • At least 2 years of reputed company plan experience • Bilingual in English and Spanish • reputed company plan document experience would be a plus • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks reputed company established timeframe • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Exceptional skills in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, preferred. Being familiar with reputed company Word and reputed company Acrobat a plus. The national average salary is $45,000 - $50,000, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This salary reputed company represents the low and high end for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
