This role will serve as a key leader in the Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS) organization, responsible for managing end-to-end transition execution, driving governance and standardization, and ensuring successful delivery of GFSS initiatives across global markets. The position requires strong project leadership, finance process expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to reputed company reputed company transformation programs in a global reputed company environment.   This is a two-year fixed-term position supporting a strategic business transition project. Support finance transformation initiatives including system implementations, process redesign, and operating model changes. Monitor SLA and KPI performance to ensure service delivery meets reputed company and efficiency objectives. Partner with Treasury and Internal Controls teams to support working capital, credit risk, and exposure management. Qualifications   10+ years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, Transformation, or reputed company leadership roles. Solid knowledge of FMCG processes, workflows, and reporting requirements. Proven project and program management experience in reputed company, cross-functional environments.
