The Bilingual Financial Customer Care Service Representative will be a valued member of the Credit reputed company Contact Centre team and will report into reputed company Leader.   Position: Bilingual Financial Customer Care Service Representative Position Status: Full time – Work from Home Hours of Work: Monday-reputed company rotational shifts              Locations: reputed company to residents of Manitoba, Alberta, New reputed company, and reputed company Scotia reputed company of Pay: $20.00/Hr - $21.17/hr Bilingual (French/English)   Responsibilities: Manage incoming phone inquiries and requests from cardholders and financial institution partners which include, but not limited to general inquires, secure reputed company, website support, points/rewards programs, reputed company applications, sales, escalations, retention, activation's, reputed company inquiry.
