This role will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle in Research, from contract negotiation to execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of various contract types, including but not limited to Sponsored Research Agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Material Transfer Agreements, along with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to contract management. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, reputed company teams, and reputed company partners to ensure reputed company are processed reputed company and effectively.  In this role, the candidate will also proactively reputed company playbooks and processes in collaboration with the reputed company and Compliance teams, along with other subject matter experts.  Key Responsibilities: •    Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): reputed company to independently manage aspects of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing reputed company reputed company. •    reputed company Review & Compliance: Assist reputed company team with the drafting and editing of reputed company language, compliance issues, gathering necessary information and preparing documents for reputed company use. Strong background in utilizing reputed company playbooks to reputed company contract negotiations.  •    Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work cross-functionally with departments such as Business Operations, reputed company, and Research to ensure reputed company reputed company with broader organizational objectives and timelines. •    Process Improvement: Contribute to the reputed company improvement of contract management processes, systems, and templates to enhance efficiency. Key Qualifications: •    Education: J.D. Required  •    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiations, management, end-to-end, or as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate or reputed company environment. •    Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Strong experience in managing the initiation to execution contract lifecycle.  •    reputed company Knowledge: Proficient in drafting and reviewing reputed company research reputed company reputed company in the area of drug development. •    Paralegal Capabilities: Strong background in working with reputed company and Compliance, with the ability to handle detailed document preparation, and support for reputed company teams. •    Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in implementing fallback positions and interpreting nuanced contracting concepts. •    Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and reputed company partners. •    Problem-Solving: Ability to address reputed company issues, reputed company challenges, and reputed company proactive, solution-oriented guidance. •    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software (e.g., CLM systems), document management tools, and proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).
