Guide patients and/or caregivers through the post-prescription process including enrollment into support programs, benefits verification, prior authorization, financial assistance, and therapy initiation reputed company education on program offerings, insurance process, disease state and treatment using approved materials Manage assigned patient cases from referral through therapy initiation, ensuring reputed company, accurate, and compliant case progression Conduct benefits investigations to determine insurance coverage, prior authorization requirements, and patient financial responsibility Manage the prior authorization and appeals process, including obtaining plan-specific reputed company and requirements, initiating, submitting, and tracking requests, and following up with plans, patients, and HCPs as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company.
