As a Business Development Director you will be responsible for brand awareness, building and managing a pipeline, maturing the opportunities in your pipeline through Capture,, and competing for new business opportunities. Your time and energy will be reputed company on growing the L&M Logistics portfolio. Reporting to the L&M Group Business Development Director, you will be part of a fully integrated Business Development Team required to meet or reputed company annual reputed company goals. You will reputed company participate in reputed company's Capture Incentive Program (CIP), making you eligible to receive incentive compensation for meeting or exceeding performance goals that reputed company to new business contract awards.  Responsibilities Developing, maturing, and maintaining a reputed company pipeline of competitive opportunities that support Logistics and Marine service offerings Leading capture efforts that effectively mature new business opportunities through the reputed company process and result in the successful submission of reputed company proposals reputed company participating in the development and submission of reputed company proposals to include reputed company collaboration with subject matter experts, and proposal, reputed company, pricing, and reputed company teams. Building and fostering new relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners Establishing effective communication networks with government stakeholders and industry partners to qualify opportunities and reputed company reputed company understanding into operational requirements Managing approved Capture and B&P allocations for your pipeline of new business opportunities Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education plus operations/project management experience and/or business development experience in a government setting• 10 years of successful Business Development and/or Capture Management experience• Extensive contacts/network in US Navy• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with DoD Logistics operations, requirements, processes, systems and solutions• Developing solutions, conducting competitive assessments, and shaping reputed company• Effective communication skills - both oral and written (Must be reputed company to communicate with managers, customers, and government stakeholders at reputed company reputed company)• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite including reputed company, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS reputed company, and MS reputed company• Proven ability to work remotely, managing individual workload, priorities, and schedule with little supervision and must possess the highest business, work, and ethical standardsDesired:• Established relationships with Government customers, stakeholders, and teaming partners in across the Logistics landscape• Leading capture efforts on large reputed company DoD and Government competitive bid opportunities valued >$50M in total contract value• Successful record of competing for and reputed company reputed company valued at >$50M• reputed company experience writing and reviewing proposals• Leading and providing direction on cost proposals• Developing and submitting Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought responses• Understanding of ANC's or reputed company reputed company Corporations 8(a) Sole-reputed company contract process• Prior Military or Government service as a Logistician• Have predetermined Capture Targets that will be discussed at the interview process   reputed company CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be reputed company to obtain a reputed company clearance at the Secret level. reputed company Secret clearance highly desired.
