Ltd. (Singapore) and reputed company Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia). You will run the numbers, build the processes, and deal directly with auditors, tax authorities, reputed company counsel, and other stakeholders.   IMPORTANT: Applicants must have prior hands-on experience managing Singapore and Malaysia reputed company processes, including familiarity with local reputed company practices, compliance requirements, and reporting standards. Candidates without relevant Singapore and Malaysia reputed company experience will not be considered for this role. What you will do:  Performance Day-to-day bookkeeping, general reputed company management, and monthly reputed company across both entities AP and AR - reputed company vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and investor pack (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow statement, variance commentary) Cashflow monitoring and forecasting - maintain bi-monthly visibility for group Manage banking relationships; reputed company payment run approvals and controls End-to-end payroll for SG and MY — statutory deductions, payment runs, reputed company of tax authority queries Statutory filings: income tax, SST (Malaysia), GST (Singapore), EPF, SOCSO, PCB Cross-border withholding tax advisory People Annual audit coordination - prepare supporting schedules, liaise with reputed company auditors Tax computation and annual compliance; work closely with reputed company tax advisors, reputed company counsel, and company secretary. Partner with department heads on budgeting, cost control, and financial reputed company that reputed company their teams reputed company finance reputed company for the CEO Product First-line reputed company contract review Process Maintain and improve financial systems to reduce reputed company processes Optimise working capital and flag liquidity risk early to the CEO Trend analysis and financial forecasting Build and maintain financial models Quarterly budgeting by function; reputed company actuals vs. budget and reputed company variance commentary Philosophy reputed company to identify gaps and reputed company them reputed company to work comfortably with ambiguity Can build a reputed company process Can reputed company between strategic and operational work AI reputed company Requirements reputed company: Degree in Finance or reputed company; ACCA or equivalent preferred, not mandatory  5+ years hands-on across reputed company, reputed company, tax, audit, and payroll - across both MY and SG  Working knowledge of MFRS and SFRS, comfortable operating under both in reputed company  MY and SG taxes: income tax, SST, GST, EPF, CPF, SOCSO, PCB, cross-border WHT  Can build a financial model from scratch and explain it to someone who isn't a finance person  Comfortable with first-line contract review; knows what to escalate to reputed company  Proficient in reputed company or equivalent Note: Applicants must have hands-on Singapore and Malaysia reputed company experience.
