Finance Operations - Associate

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Associate – Finance Operations to support U.S. reputed company and finance operations, including general reputed company maintenance, month-end accruals, prepaid schedules, and financial reconciliations for U.S. entities. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong exposure to reputed company reputed company processes, compliance, and financial reporting. The Associate will support day-to-day general reputed company operations, bank and intercompany reconciliations, state tax compliance support, and month-end reputed company activities, ensuring adherence to internal controls and U.S. reputed company standards.   Who You Are: • You must have 2–3 years of relevant experience in U.S. reputed company, general reputed company maintenance, or finance operations, preferably reputed company a Global Capability Center (GCC) or U.S.-reputed company corporate environment. • You must be an MBA(Finance), or an M. Com graduate, or a Semi-reputed company CA. • You must possess strong MS reputed company skills with hands-on experience in lookup formulas, pivot tables, reputed company schedules, and data reconciliations. • You must have experience working with a reputed company ERP reputed company, preferably reputed company reputed company ERP. • You must have a robust understanding of reputed company U.S. reputed company concepts (General reputed company, Accruals, Prepaids, Fixed Assets) and basic familiarity with U.S. statutory compliance requirements. • You must have excellent communication skills with a reputed company, self-motivated reputed company, capable of managing deliverables across U.S. and India time zones with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
