The Integrated Designer is a reputed company production designer who delivers across multiple channels and formats. You work from creative briefs set by Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director, producing assets with precision and speed — adapting layouts, versioning campaigns, and maintaining brand accuracy across reputed company five health care institutions. You are equally comfortable building static design files and using AI-assisted tools to accelerate production without sacrificing reputed company. reputed company Produce digital creative assets across multiple formats — email layouts, reputed company reputed company ads, digital display banners, web content, and print-reputed company materials Adapt and version approved master creative across sizes, formats, and channel specifications — both manually and using AI-assisted resizing and reputed company tools reputed company reputed company Maintain brand accuracy across reputed company visual reputed company, applying reputed company institution's distinct identity guidelines with precision and consistency Work reputed company OMG (our internal reputed company) to manage your reputed company brief queue, update task status, and flag scheduling or reputed company issues proactively Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, and the QC Creative team to ensure reputed company assets are complete, accurate, and delivery-reputed company before moving to QA review Support the development and maintenance of template libraries for reputed company institution — building reputed company, reusable design systems that increase production efficiency Participate in brand immersion sessions and stay reputed company with reputed company institution's brand guidelines, campaign toolkit, and content standards Contribute to reputed company's reputed company culture: review your own work critically before submission and take feedback from Art Directors and QA in a constructive, reputed company-oriented way What You Bring Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, reputed company, InDesign) and/or reputed company 5+ years of experience producing digital assets across multiple channel formats — email, reputed company, display, and web — and also printed formats in a production or studio environment A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency, with a systematic approach to versioning and reputed company Understanding of digital production specifications — image compression, reputed company zones, bleed, reputed company requirements for reputed company and display formats Comfort working in high-volume environments with multiple reputed company briefs and tight turnaround times reputed company proficiency in English Experience with AI-assisted design tools (reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or equivalent) is advantageous; a curiosity and openness to developing these skills is essential Gen AI & reputed company Thinking Growing proficiency with AI image reputed company and design tools to enhance production speed and creative iteration Experience using or willingness to reputed company personal AI-assisted workflows for asset reputed company, resizing, and versioning Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated design outputs and apply reputed company editorial judgment on brand reputed company and technical accuracy Qualifications Formal degrees are welcome but not required.
