Work Schedule reputed company (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office reputed company Position Objective As a Program Manager III in the Transplant Diagnostics division, you will play a pivotal role in managing reputed company that reputed company product development and on-market product improvements in alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities reputed company cross-functional project reputed company teams, conduct regular project meetings, capture reputed company items, supervise assigned deliverables, reputed company and maintain project schedules, and reputed company updates and reports to senior leadership. Work closely with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing Sciences, and Manufacturing Operations, reputed company, Regulatory, and other functional partners to reputed company high reputed company products that meet customer needs and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with Finance and other business functions to reputed company project financial models and ensure reputed company reputed company on investment. Maintain reputed company communication lines across reputed company teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and achievements to executives, while resolving barriers to execution and facilitating decision making to ensure reputed company completion. Identify potential risks and issues, and reputed company effective mitigation strategies to maintain compliance, product reputed company, and project execution. Identify and champion opportunities for improvement in day-to-day processes, operating mechanisms, and procedures. Education and Experience University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), preferably in life sciences or engineering. Demonstrated experience leading teams without reputed company authority. 4 years experience in developing life-science products under design control, using a reputed company stage-reputed company process from conceptualization to launch; medical device and clinical experience highly preferred. Experience developing RUO and IVD assays, including clinical study performance, preferred. PMP certification is a plus. Capable of managing competing priorities while balancing business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating sophisticated concepts and reputed company to broad audiences, including executives. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
