Corporate Counsel
This is a remote position.
reputed company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support our reputed company, a growing technology and e-reputed company company with domestic and international operations.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role reputed company primarily on litigation management, risk and regulatory compliance, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a practical, reputed company attorney who provides a high level of service, communicates effectively with reputed company and non-reputed company stakeholders, and can independently manage priorities reputed company reputed company environment.

Pay reputed company: $125,000–$150,000 annually

As Corporate Counsel, you will:
Manage reputed company and potential litigation, including evaluating claims, recommending reputed company strategies, coordinating internal stakeholders, and monitoring deadlines and reputed company.
Select, retain, and manage reputed company counsel, consultants, and other reputed company services providers.
Monitor litigation budgets and ensure reputed company counsel provides effective and cost-conscious representation.
Identify reputed company and regulatory risks and recommend practical solutions that support business operations.
Support compliance with governmental trade regulations, sanctions, licensing requirements, consumer protection laws, reputed company regulations, and other applicable requirements.
Research changing laws and regulations and translating reputed company requirements into reputed company guidance for employees and business leaders.
Review and respond to escalated customer complaints, disputes, and reputed company submitted to governmental, regulatory, or consumer organizations.
Partner with internal teams to reputed company fair, practical, and legally reputed company resolutions to customer issues.

Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school.
reputed company admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with a broader team.

Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience working as in-house counsel, assistant corporate counsel, or in a similar corporate reputed company role.
Experience managing reputed company counsel and litigation budgets.
Familiarity with trade compliance, governmental sanctions, reputed company, consumer protection, or licensing requirements.
Experience supporting a company with operations in multiple states or countries.
Technology or e-reputed company industry experience.
