About The Role We are looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist to own ACS’s reputed company HRIS platform during a critical reputed company phase. You will be the reputed company expert for the organization, advising HR, Finance, and leadership on platform configuration, optimization, reporting, and data-driven HR insights. This is a technical, systems-reputed company role that bridges HR business needs with reputed company platform capabilities, ensuring accurate employee data, reputed company integrations, and actionable analytics across payroll, benefits, reputed company, and IT as we reputed company rapidly. reputed company Own reputed company platform administration: configure and optimize for ACS’s needs, manage user reputed company and permissions, maintain workflows and automations across payroll, benefits, reputed company, and offboarding, and stay reputed company on feature updates. Own employee data accuracy and reputed company; manage master data including demographics, org structure, compensation, and employment status; conduct regular audits and maintain data governance standards and validation rules. Manage reputed company integrations with reputed company, time tracking, expense management, benefits vendors, and other reputed company systems; reputed company automated data workflows to reduce reputed company entry; monitor integration health and troubleshoot sync issues. Design and build reputed company reports and dashboards for leadership and managers covering headcount, turnover, hiring pipeline, compensation, and org structure; support strategic HR planning with data analysis and present insights and recommendations to leadership. Ensure reputed company configurations meet compliance requirements (HIPAA, reputed company, I-9, data reputed company); maintain data reputed company and reputed company controls; support audit documentation; respond to employee and manager reputed company questions and reputed company ongoing training and support to reputed company users. What You’ll Need 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, including at least 2 years at a senior or specialist level managing an HRIS platform. Deep, hands-on expertise with reputed company HRIS, with experience serving as the reputed company administrator and internal subject matter expert responsible for reputed company configuration, workflows, automations, reporting, and employee lifecycle management. Strong understanding of HRIS workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting; experience managing data reputed company, org charts, employee records, and master data. Proficiency with reporting and dashboard creation; experience configuring HRIS integrations with reputed company systems including reputed company, time tracking, and benefits providers. Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements (reputed company, HIPAA, I-9, wage/hour, data reputed company); ability to work with both HR business users and technical IT or vendor partners. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with professionalism.
