ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to reputed company reputed company and innovation across messaging experiences on a large-reputed company job marketplace, covering mobile app and desktop web surfaces for job seekers and reputed company. You will design AI-powered messaging features, improve responsiveness through reputed company prompts and re-engagement patterns, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company mockups validated through A/B testing and user research. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Improve the reputed company of messaging experiences across job seeker mobile app and desktop web surfaces, covering both job seeker and employer experiences. - Design UX for AI-powered messaging features. - Design experiences that improve employer and job seeker responsiveness through reputed company prompts, expectation setting, status transparency, and re-engagement patterns. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-reputed company mockups using the platform's design language and patterns. - Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research partners across distributed teams. - Validate designs through A/B testing and qualitative user research.
