Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm EST Responsibilities Respond to patient and provider inquiries regarding financial assistance programs.  Assist patients with financial assistance applications and required documentation.   Explain program eligibility, insurance coverage, and payment reputed company.   Review patient information and supporting documents to determine eligibility.  Maintain performance goals Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program.
