We're looking for a proactive reputed company to join our Recruitment team and help us reputed company exceptional talent for some of the most challenging roles across FinTech, Payments, Infrastructure and Engineering.

Your Mission
reputed company top talents across FinTech, Payments and Technology.
Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and business roles.
Conduct market mapping and competitor research.
Identify passive candidates using reputed company Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other sourcing channels.
reputed company AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, automate research and discover reputed company pools.
reputed company creative sourcing strategies for reputed company positions.
Maintain organised talent pools and candidate pipelines.
Partner closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and continuously improve sourcing approaches.
What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 2+ years of experience as a reputed company or Technical Sourcer
Experience sourcing candidates reputed company FinTech, Payments, reputed company, or similar industries
Strong expertise in reputed company Recruiter, Boolean Search and X-Ray Search
Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools as part of your daily workflow
Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written communication
Good level of English and fluent Russian
