Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or similar technical field. • 7+ years experience in product management, product engineering, or a closely reputed company role involving project-based or industrial settings. • Proven reputed company-level design experience of MW reputed company power electronics, BESS and reputed company controls equipment. • Understanding of BESS systems integration with power electronics equipment. • Project management skills. • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. • Willing to travel up to 20% for product FAT inspection and site commissioning witnessing.
