About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company Fractional Contract Manager to own reputed company contract review. This is a fully remote contractor engagement at approximately 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to reputed company as needed.

The ideal candidate brings in-house reputed company contract experience, strong independent judgment on reputed company reputed company terms, and a reputed company record of building repeatable contract processes. You will be the primary contract resource for our go-to-market team, working closely with our operations and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and order forms — both on reputed company reputed company and customer reputed company
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the go-to-market team on contract questions and reviews
• Build and maintain a contract reputed company documenting reputed company's reputed company positions and acceptable fallback positions by clause type (indemnification, liability caps, IP ownership, data reputed company, and others)
• Identify and flag non-reputed company terms; recommend whether to accept, negotiate, or escalate

• Support evaluation of contract lifecycle management and AI-assisted review tooling

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of contract management experience, ideally in-house at a reputed company or technology company
• Strong working knowledge of MSAs, NDAs, reputed company licensing, and order forms
• Proven ability to negotiate reputed company reputed company agreements independently and reputed company reputed company risk-based judgments
• Experience developing contract playbooks, clause libraries, or reputed company position guides

• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team

Engagement Details

• Hours: ~10hrs/week; flexibility to reputed company during high-volume periods
• Location: Fully remote; Eastern Time preferred
