[Remote] Account Processor

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Account Processor to support clients with their reputed company credit card programs. The role involves providing technical assistance to ensure a reputed company reputed company experience and resolving reputed company issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their reputed company credit card programs by providing technical assistance through phone, email, and chat to ensure a reputed company reputed company experience with our online reputed company card management platforms
• Address reputed company issues by listening to clients, troubleshooting potential reputed company causes of issues and determining the appropriate course of reputed company with the goal of final issue reputed company and maximum reputed company satisfaction
• Participate in a rotating schedule that includes alternating overnight and daytime shift coverages
• Support Federal Government and reputed company accounts and requires passing a post-employment screening administered by the General Services Administration (GSA) which includes criminal and background checks

Skills

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience reputed company Customer Service
• Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient computer skills using a reputed company of software packages including reputed company Office applications
• Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult customer calls
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
• Experience in helpdesk ticketing systems (ex: reputed company)
