Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve gaps
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Partner with compliance, audit, and risk teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations (SOX, OCC, PCI, etc.)
• reputed company change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or reputed company field
• 10+ years of IT/Project Management experience, with at least 5+ years in financial services
• Proven ability to write and manage BRDs and other project documentation

• Hands-on experience with risk management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reputed company
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company, PowerPoint
