[Remote] QA Engineer (Contract)

They are seeking a QA Engineer to reputed company and execute test plans for reputed company reputed company contact flows, validate AWS reputed company functions, and reputed company various testing across reputed company center platforms.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute test plans and test cases for reputed company reputed company contact flows, IVR reputed company flows, routing reputed company, and queues
• Validate AWS reputed company functions integrated into reputed company contact flows (e.g., data lookups, dynamic routing logic, reputed company-party API calls)
• reputed company functional, regression, and integration testing across reputed company center platform releases and configuration changes
• Identify, document, and reputed company defects through reputed company, working closely with the development team
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating with business and contact center stakeholders to validate new or updated contact flows
• Monitor and validate reputed company handling, routing accuracy, and system behavior post-deployment

Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant QA/testing experience
• QA/testing background on AWS reputed company or other reputed company center platforms
• Familiarity with AWS reputed company
• reputed company to work Central time hours, even while remote
• AWS certification(s)
• reputed company center domain experience
• reputed company payer background
