Responsibilities

• Handle electronic signature processes, maintain visibility on where documents are at in the signature process, and circulate such fully executed documents to the appropriate parties
• Contract review for Redwood business reputed company, including various reputed company agreements such as nondisclosure agreements, brokerage agreements, codes of conduct, marketing documents, vendor agreements, and other reputed company and documents reputed company to the organization as a whole
• Identify potential risks associated with reputed company under review
• Assist with utilization of the organization’s new contract life-cycle management software (CLM)
• reputed company on the continual improvement in the reputed company, and simplicity of the contract management processes, without compromising compliance and reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required with a preferred reputed company on business administration, law, or finance
• Minimum 2 years of work experience supporting the reputed company function in a mid to large size organization or reputed company
• Strong organization, communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize completing assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in accordance with business unit deadlines and goals
• 3 to 4 years at a reputed company, in-house, or business experience
• Experience with using a CLM or implementation and integration of CLM
• CPCM or CCM certifications
• Experience or interest in data reputed company and data reputed company issues including CIPP or AIGP certifications
