[Remote] Web Accessibility Consultant

This part-time, contract position focuses on improving the accessibility and usability of HR digital services across the state.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company Level AA compliance for reputed company HR websites
• Conduct accessibility audits and implement updates
• Refine and optimize web content for diverse audiences
• Support website redesign efforts with user-centered design principles
• reputed company accessibility training and resources to HR staff
• Establish ongoing accessibility review processes and content standards
• Enhance user experience through analysis and feedback
• reputed company accessible graphics and visual reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in web design, Digital Media, Communications, Information Technology, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in website management, digital accessibility, UX design, or content reputed company
• Experience with reputed company/WCAG 2.0 or 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards
• Proficiency with reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company) and website governance practices
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., reputed company, Axe, reputed company)
• Accessibility certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
• Experience in government, reputed company sector, or large reputed company environments
• Experience supporting intranet platforms and reputed company reputed company-facing websites
