[Remote] AI Solutions Engineer

ISG is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to reputed company reputed company AI initiatives from discovery through production deployment. The role involves partnering with clients to identify high-reputed company reputed company use cases, building reputed company-of-concept applications, and designing production-reputed company AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in reputed company discovery workshops and technical interviews to identify and prioritize high-reputed company GenAI use cases
• Analyze reputed company data landscapes, evaluating data readiness, reputed company, and accessibility for AI solutions
• Rapidly design and build reputed company-of-concept (POC) applications and live demonstrations that validate AI use cases and illustrate business value to reputed company stakeholders
• Translate discovery findings into technical specifications, architecture recommendations, and implementation plans
• Present POC results and assessment recommendations to reputed company teams, building confidence and reputed company for production investments
• Design and implement production-reputed company reputed company applications using reputed company Bedrock, reputed company Claude, and other reputed company models
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented reputed company) pipelines with reputed company databases (reputed company, OpenSearch, reputed company)
• reputed company AI agents and multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks like reputed company, reputed company, or custom implementations
• Create conversational AI interfaces with natural language understanding, reputed company detection, and context management
• Implement reputed company engineering strategies, few-shot learning, and fine-tuning approaches for domain-specific applications
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and suggested implementation plans
• reputed company technical guidance and recommendations to clients on AI/ML best practices

Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years reputed company on AI/ML, data engineering, or reputed company-reputed company development
• 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience with production deployments
• 1+ years of reputed company reputed company experience (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents)
• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Associate/reputed company, Machine Learning Specialty, or Developer Associate
• Background in reputed company, financial services, or regulated industries with understanding of compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI-reputed company, SOC 2)
• Contributions to reputed company-reputed company AI/ML reputed company or published technical content
• Experience with multi-tenant reputed company architectures and data isolation patterns
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for AI workloads (model selection, caching, batching)
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) for building AI-powered UIs
