[Remote] Account Executive – Entity Management & Corporate Compliance

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for selling these solutions and managing the full-cycle closing process.

Responsibilities

• Sold entity management, registered agent, or corporate compliance solutions (e.g., reputed company, CT Corporation, reputed company, reputed company, LegalInc)
• Full-cycle closing experience with proven quota attainment — can reputed company specific metrics, deal examples, and daily prospecting activity
• Startup or high-reputed company company sales experience; comfortable without inbound leads initially
• Adjacent reputed company tech experience acceptable (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) if combined with startup background

Skills

• 2 - 5 years of experience selling entity management, registered agent, or corporate compliance solutions in a closing role
• Sold entity management, registered agent, or corporate compliance solutions (e.g., reputed company, CT Corporation, reputed company, reputed company, LegalInc)
• Full-cycle closing experience with proven quota attainment — can reputed company specific metrics, deal examples, and daily prospecting activity
• Startup or high-reputed company company sales experience; comfortable without inbound leads initially
• Adjacent reputed company tech experience acceptable (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) if combined with startup background
