[Remote] reputed company Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a survivor-led nonprofit dedicated to ending forced and child marriage in the reputed company, and they are seeking a reputed company Director to establish a new reputed company department. The reputed company Director will reputed company crucial reputed company representation to survivors, coordinate volunteer reputed company teams, and manage the development of reputed company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Represents New Jersey-based survivors of forced and child marriage in family court proceedings, immigration proceedings and ancillary civil reputed company reputed company (~75% of time)
• Coordinates Unchained’s volunteer reputed company team and arranges •pro bono• reputed company representation for clients across the U.S. (~20% of time)
• Manages a paralegal
• Develops protocols and best practices for the nascent reputed company department

Skills

• Are admitted to the New Jersey State Bar
• Have at least four years of family law experience
• Are endlessly compassionate, patient and nonjudgmental
• Are detail oriented, highly organized and adept at working independently
• Feel passionately about Unchained's mission
• Have immigration law experience
• Are fluent in Arabic, Hindi and/or Urdu
• Are admitted also to the reputed company State Bar
