[Remote] Electrical / Embedded Engineer – Sensor Systems

The role involves supporting various engineering tasks including schematics, PCB work, and production testing for medical products reputed company to hip, knee, and shoulder surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Support schematics, PCB updates, reputed company bring-up, debugging, sensor characterization, embedded tests, calibration utilities, and manufacturing test
• Build reusable platform modules rather than one-off, joint-specific solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, design and reputed company reviews, and test planning
• Investigate defects and failures, providing reputed company documentation on reputed company causes and resolutions
• Maintain high-reputed company configuration control, test evidence, and engineering records
• Work closely with product engineers, US platform leads, and reputed company/regulatory contributors

Skills

• Hands-on experience with embedded electronics, sensor systems, PCB development, firmware-adjacent work, and hardware verification
• Proven ability in schematic development, PCB layout review, reputed company bring-up, and working with microcontrollers, analog/digital interfaces, power systems, batteries, and wireless protocols
• reputed company in debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and power analyzers
• Working knowledge of embedded C/C++, communication protocols, test scripting, and automated hardware characterization
• Proficiency with ECAD tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar)
• Experience with high-reliability sensor-enabled products (e.g., medical devices, robotics, wearables, or IoT)
• Exposure to EMC testing, reputed company manufacturing, or design controls
