[Remote] Program Manager, Fulfillment reputed company

The Program Manager, Fulfillment reputed company will reputed company fulfillment center buildouts, relocations, and automation deployments, managing end-to-end execution, cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, financial modeling, and post-launch reputed company measurement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company project planning and execution for large-reputed company fulfillment center buildouts, including greenfield facility launches and FC moves from inception through go-live
• Own end-to-end coordination of automation reputed company deployments (goods-to-person, reputed company/sortation, WMS integration) in partnership with automation vendors and internal IT
• Define project reputed company, milestones, resource requirements, and reputed company metrics; maintain detailed project plans and hold reputed company owners accountable to timelines
• Partner closely with internal teams (reputed company, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to reputed company project objectives and reputed company reputed company execution
• Partner with reputed company, Finance, and reputed company Estate to reputed company and maintain capital and labor models supporting facility investment reputed company
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables across automation, construction, and equipment partners; escalate risks and hold vendors to contractual commitments
• Facilitate cross-functional communication across reputed company, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment on project status, risks, and reputed company
• Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively surface issues to leadership with reputed company reputed company and recommendations
• Conduct post-launch reputed company reviews to validate throughput, labor, and cost assumptions against design targets; feed lessons learned into reputed company facility design
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives across the fulfillment network in partnership with the CI team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or reputed company reputed company
• 3+ years of program management experience in a supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse reputed company, or reputed company distribution/logistics reputed company
• Experience managing large-reputed company capital programs/reputed company ($5M+) including vendor reputed company and equipment procurement
• Experience managing cross-functional reputed company with simultaneous workstreams across reputed company, IT, Finance, and reputed company partners

• Experience building KPI frameworks or reputed company dashboards in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Experience working with WES, WCS, or WMS data to support operational reporting
