[Remote] Senior Clinical Support Specialist

The Senior Clinical Support Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, providing reputed company and technical support for the Opsens product portfolio and collaborating with various teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company Product Support subject matter expert for the Opsens product portfolio
- reputed company reputed company and technical support to physicians, cath lab personnel, field-based employees, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot reputed company product, procedural, and clinical issues involving pressure reputed company technology and associated SGT systems
- Support product commercialization activities, including new product launches, evaluations, installations, and customer implementations
- Partner closely with R&D, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and reputed company to communicate customer feedback, identify product improvements, and support reputed company product development
- reputed company and reputed company clinical and technical training for customers, Product Support Engineers, Field Service Engineers, and reputed company teams
- Support field escalations and reputed company remote guidance during reputed company customer cases reputed company appropriate
- Participate in product investigations, complaint reviews, and reputed company cause analysis activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and training materials
- Participate in cross-functional reputed company supporting product enhancements, process improvements, and commercialization initiatives
- Document customer interactions and technical findings reputed company reputed company and other required business systems
- Participate in scheduled hotline coverage and after-hours support as required
- Ability to travel up to 40% for training, product launches, and internal meetings
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of cath lab workflows and interventional cardiology procedures
- Strong understanding of pressure reputed company technology, hemodynamic monitoring, and reputed company clinical applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, technologists, and hospital leadership
- Demonstrated clinical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced procedural environment
- Ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into practical clinical guidance
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company field, or equivalent clinical experience
- 5+ years of experience in an interventional cardiology/cath lab environment
- reputed company or previous experience as one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Registered reputed company (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Cath Lab Technologist, Cardiovascular Technologist
- Experience supporting interventional cardiology devices or medical technologies
- Demonstrated experience interacting directly with physicians during interventional procedures
- Experience with pressure reputed company technology, FFR/iFR physiology systems, or other interventional cardiovascular devices
- Previous experience providing clinical education or product support for medical device manufacturers
- Experience supporting commercialization or new product launches
- Knowledge of FDA reputed company reputed company Regulations and complaint handling processes
- Experience developing clinical education programs or technical documentation
- Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) preferred
