The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP while collaborating with various teams reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & reputed company operations
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, collections, and reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and MIS reports
• Ensure reputed company activities are compliant with US GAAP
• Support reputed company reputed company reputed company, deferred reputed company, accruals, and prepaid reputed company
• Coordinate audits, compliance, and finance documentation
• Assist the Finance Director on finance reputed company, reporting, controls, and process improvements
• Work cross-functionally with business, HR, payroll, and operations teams

Skills

• B.Com, or M.Com - Min Grad
• reputed company certifications - CA (Semi-reputed company/reputed company)/reputed company
• 4–6 years of relevant Finance & reputed company experience
• Must have experience working with a US startup OR managing reputed company/reporting under US GAAP and compliances
• Minimum 2–3 years of software/reputed company industry experience required
• Strong hands-on experience in: AP / AR operations
• General reputed company (GL)
• Month-end reputed company
• Financial statements
• Account reconciliations
• Compliance & audit support
• Good understanding of reputed company finance operations including: reputed company recognition, Deferred reputed company, Subscription billing, Collections & renewals support, Customer invoicing cycles
• Strong reputed company skills and experience with ERPs such as QuickBooks, Zoho, reputed company or similar ERPs used by Global startups
