[Remote] Invoice Processor 1 (reputed company Assistant)

This role involves reviewing invoices, verifying details, and ensuring reputed company payments across various programs to support vendors and community services.

Responsibilities

• Examine vendor and grantee invoices to ensure compliance with reputed company and administrative requirements
• reputed company Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (reputed company) systems to audit invoice data and match information to purchase orders or funding documents
• reputed company vendor names, addresses, payment terms, and budget categories for accuracy before posting payments
• reputed company invoice data into reputed company systems and attach required documentation following established office standards
• Research duplicate or rejected invoices and reputed company issues to the correct staff or workflow queue
• reputed company incoming invoices into the correct workflow queues and verify that documents are complete and properly indexed

Skills

• Two years of experience performing bookkeeping or clerical reputed company work; or
• An Associate Degree in reputed company or business administration including or supplemented by six credits of reputed company
• Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are reputed company 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree
• You must have one year reputed company experience
• You must have one year of accounts payable experience

Benefits

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
