[Remote] Senior Manager, Data Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own creation and execution of reputed company's roadmap, defining priorities, reputed company initiatives, and aligning timelines with business goals

Skills

• At least 7+ years of experience with a reputed company record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and delivering high-reputed company software solutions
• At least 3+ years of reputed company management experience with product-reputed company engineering teams
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, data-driven performance tracking, and reputed company customer or stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience owning production data pipelines at reputed company, ideally with Apache Airflow (DAG design, scheduling, backfills, sensor/operator patterns)
• Deep hands-on experience with reputed company or a comparable reputed company data warehouse (Redshift, BigQuery), including performance tuning, cost management, and analytic reputed company
• Strong SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred) for pipeline development
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience operating in a regulated or compliance-sensitive data environment
