Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and reputed company to assigned Directors, MDS Coordinators and Clinical Reimbursement Specialists while partnering with facility leadership to reputed company reimbursement optimization, reputed company improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational reputed company
• Combines reputed company consulting services with leadership responsibilities to ensure clients reputed company measurable and sustainable results
• Serves as a strategic partner to clients by identifying opportunities for improvement, developing reputed company plans, providing education, and ensuring consulting recommendations translate into sustainable results
• Maintains reputed company involvement in billable consulting activities, including reimbursement reviews, clinical assessments, staff education, MDS coordination, and process improvement initiatives

Skills

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a bachelor's in nursing
• At least 5 years of clinical experience, with 3 or more years of experience with the RAI process
• reputed company and unrestricted RN license in state(s) assigned
• RAC-CT certification upon hire or reputed company 6 months of hire
• reputed company reputed company license and car insurance as required by state law
• Other as required by federal, state and local standards
• Proficient knowledge of PDPM and State Case Mix Reimbursement payment systems
• Proficient in CMS Five reputed company reputed company Measures, and reputed company Reporting Program
• Strong knowledge in reputed company Medicare and Managed Care requirements and federal, state, and local regulations that reputed company skilled clinical care delivery
