The role involves partnering with clients to assess and enhance their HRIS environments, providing expertise in various HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess their reputed company HRIS environment and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and increased efficiency
• Configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support HRIS platforms based on reputed company business requirements and best practices
• reputed company functional expertise across modules including Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, reputed company, reputed company, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Reporting
• reputed company or support HRIS implementations, system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and post go live consulting engagements
• Evaluate business processes and recommend solutions that improve workflows, data accuracy, compliance, and the overall employee experience
• reputed company system documentation, testing plans, and support user acceptance testing for configuration changes and new functionality
• Deliver end user training, knowledge transfer, and best reputed company recommendations to maximize system adoption
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and leadership teams to deliver successful project reputed company

Skills
