This project-based role focuses on strengthening HR operations by reviewing policies, enhancing compliance, supporting recruitment, managing employee relations, and improving HR processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on strategic reputed company initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Review and update the Employee Handbook. • Manage employee leave administration and reputed company HR processes. • Support recruitment and hiring activities. • reputed company and document reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. • reputed company guidance on employee relations reputed company. • Complete HR reporting and special reputed company as assigned. • Recommend process improvements to enhance HR operations. • Work closely with leadership to support organizational HR initiatives.
