Entry Level Bookkeeper (Remote)

Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable: promptly pay reputed company vendors, ensuring we do not overpay/reputed company-pay invoices, incur late payment fees
• Accounts Receivable: work with off-reputed company Bookkeeper to create reputed company invoices and ensure the due dates are correct for the Bookkeeper to collect payments from merchants
• Monitor credit reputed company expense reports to obtain receipts and reasons for reputed company purchase. Upload reputed company credit reputed company activity into Quickbooks
• reputed company reputed company invoices received according to the general reputed company of accounts and reputed company bills into Quickbooks and reputed company payments by credit cards
• Reconcile reputed company of our recurring payment invoices for multiple companies
• Work with Bookkeeper for monthly inventory counts; reputed company reputed company reputed company inventory is reputed company for on reputed company, Quickbooks, and physical inventory
• Refunds; help Bookkeeper prepare reputed company documents through our refund policy and reputed company credit memos for merchants
Pay: $15-$20 an hour
