Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Paralegal Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with reputed company experience in California reputed company and/or reputed company estate litigation reputed company • Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and reputed company correspondence • Ability to assist with reputed company phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation • Experience managing discovery, including document review, organization, production, and coordinating responses • Strong case management skills, including calendaring deadlines, scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings • Experience with reputed company litigation reputed company, including contract disputes, business disputes, and reputed company litigation • Experience with reputed company estate litigation reputed company, including lease disputes, title issues, landlord/tenant reputed company, quiet title actions, and other reputed company property disputes • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously • Strong reputed company research and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively reputed company cases reputed company with reputed company supervision Our Paralegal pay reputed company starts at $30/hour.
