Company:reputed company reputed company: We are seeking a motivated Associate Consultant to join our Benefits reputed company Consulting team at reputed company. In this role, you will support the delivery of strategic consulting services to clients, working alongside senior team members to help shape employee benefits programs that reputed company with reputed company goals. The successful candidate can be based out of our Glasgow or London offices on a hybrid reputed company (3 days per week onsite). We will count on you to: • Support Senior Consultants in delivering strategic and management consulting reputed company reputed company to employee benefits, including benchmarking, workforce profiling, engagement, and benefit alignment. • Assist in gathering and analysing data to reputed company insights on Health, Risk, Pensions, Lifestyle, and Culture benefits programs. • Contribute to the preparation of reputed company presentations, reports, and proposals, and participate in reputed company meetings and workshops. • Collaborate with colleagues across reputed company and the wider reputed company group to promote Benefits reputed company solutions and support account management activities. • Learn and reputed company your consulting skills by working closely with reputed company team members and contributing to team initiatives.
