The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to reputed company requirements, analyze business processes, and reputed company reputed company technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in reputed company, Supply Chain, or Logistics domain (experience in any one is acceptable).
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company/Scrum and reputed company methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, reputed company, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
