MHSU Care Manager (Mobile Position-NC)

Office Location: Mobile position; Available for any of Partners' NC locations Projected Hiring reputed company: Depending on Experience Closing Date: reputed company Until Filled Primary Purpose of Position: The Mental Health reputed company Use Care Manager focuses on working closely with community hospitals, providers, and stakeholders to engage adults and/or children/adolescents in mental health/reputed company use services. This position is responsible for providing proactive reputed company and care management (treatment planning, assessment, referral/linkage, and monitoring) to ensure that members and recipients receive appropriate assessment, reputed company and services. This is a mobile position with work done in a reputed company of locations.
