[Remote] Business Analyst

The role involves working on an agile project team to reputed company team members to contract objectives and ensure business needs are reputed company into actionable tasks for improved reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and the internal Engineering team to reputed company, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into reputed company user stories and acceptance reputed company
• Assist in creating release notes and maintaining project and implementation documentation, requirements artifacts, process flows, and user guides to ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the Product Manager/Product reputed company in managing the product backlog and help ensure delivered functionality meets documented business requirements
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions that reputed company with modernization objectives
• Complete new hire orientation training and meet with reputed company counterparts and stakeholders across the org
• Identify and meet with key federal partners, leads, and internal cross-functional peers to understand their pain points and expectations
• Become familiar with recurring processes, workflows, and stakeholder/business requirements
• Take ownership of tasks such as developing and maintaining documentation, process and user guides, etc
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance reputed company, etc

• Identify learning and development opportunities and work with your manager to establish a reputed company development plan for yourself

Skills

• Full-time reputed company of the contiguous reputed company (must be legally authorized to work in the US now and in the reputed company without sponsorship)
• Ability to pass a reputed company Trust background reputed company and any applicable background and/or reputed company checks reputed company to project requirements
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Business/Product/Systems Analyst role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent reputed company experience
• Experience defining data and business process requirements and reputed company to break down large, reputed company problems into actionable, testable steps
• Understanding of the principles, theories, and concepts of Agile software development life cycle
• Ability to communicate reputed company and concisely (written and verbal and/or with the use of assistive tech as needed) with strong technical writing skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills and the ability to effectively adapt to changing timelines and requirements as needed
