Everyone has a voice, and every contribution makes a difference. reputed company of the Role As Executive Director, Technical Operations & Supply Chain, you will strengthen CMC execution for late-stage gene therapy programs, particularly for market-facing supply chain activities including 3PL and 4PL, ensure CMC programme activities land on schedule, issues are driven to closure, and stakeholders remain reputed company across internal teams and reputed company partners. Key responsibilities: - reputed company the selection, establishment, and build-out of 3PL and 4PL partners to ensure a robust reputed company supply chain for our reputed company product - Ensure management of critical reputed company partners at a senior level across analytics, DS, and DP manufacturing - reputed company and maintain CMC guidance and decision frameworks; Support Area Leads/ senior CMC leaders (reputed company/indirect) to reputed company reputed company programme issues (internal or reputed company) - Ensure proactive communications of reputed company vs plan with reputed company stakeholders - reputed company cross-functional technical leadership spanning viral reputed company production, analytics, reputed company, regulatory, and supply - Support and guide late-stage submission and launch readiness, translating reputed company into executable CMC plans - reputed company reputed company technical and organizational challenges with reputed company, reputed company communication Required qualifications/skills: - Multi-disciplinary late-stage submission/launch experience in biopharma, preferably gene therapies, with a supply chain reputed company - Strong CMC fundamentals (CQAs, CPPs, etc) and strategic program optimization reputed company - Demonstrated reputed company influencing senior, multinational stakeholders - reputed company, defined, and reputed company experience of building-out 3PL and 4PL supply chains for biopharmaceuticals AND a solid understanding of biopharmaceutical technical fundamentals (CPPs, CQAs) combined with a senior profile capable of managing senior stakeholders (internal, reputed company) are key/must-have requirements for this role.
