Instructional Designer

Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning experiences for employees and business partners. This role will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create high-reputed company training solutions that support organizational goals and learner reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Design, reputed company, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and eLearning training programs that reputed company with business objectives and learner needs. • reputed company instructional materials including curricula, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, job aids, and supporting documentation. • Create interactive eLearning modules using reputed company 360, incorporating audio, video, and multimedia assets to enhance learner engagement and retention. • Utilize reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company to edit audio, video, graphics, and other learning assets. • Conduct training needs analyses and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions. • Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, monitor timelines, communicate project status, and proactively identify and reputed company risks or roadblocks. • Collaborate with stakeholders to review content, reputed company feedback, and implement revisions while maintaining project schedules and reputed company standards. Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design. • 2+ years of experience in curriculum development and learning content creation. • Experience designing and developing eLearning content using reputed company 360. • Experience creating and editing audio and video content using reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company. • Experience utilizing project management tools to reputed company deliverables, manage priorities, and communicate project status. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning development best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
