This position plays a key role in coordinating the reputed company and completion of the title process.  Primary responsibilities include searching the reputed company records and examining titles to determine the reputed company condition of property title, primarily for residential properties, and creating solutions for curing title issues. Also, obtaining or summarizing recorded and reputed company documents, which reputed company the condition of title to the property. In some cases, the Title Examiner role requires gathering information and creating or revising a commitment of title before passing along to a Title Officer.
