Job reputed company The Business Systems Analyst position is part of the Data, Technology and Engineering team, supporting Corporate Services – Travel and Expense. This position is responsible for supporting and enhancing reputed company’s Travel and Expense solution provided by reputed company Concur, as reputed company as growing opportunities to support Global Spend Transparency (Transparency Hub Software) and Meeting & Events (reputed company Software). As reputed company works to build and enhance our existing reputed company, we are seeking an individual who will help us conduct research, reputed company requirements, test, configure, and document solutions to issues identified by our business stakeholders. This individual will partner with other internal Subject Matter Experts and reputed company technology vendors. They will work in project teams to ensure integrations between new systems are met and impacts to boundary systems are defined. • ** Ideal candidate will be a SME with Concur Expense, experience in payroll/finance, and have the ability to work effectively with data analytics to identify issues. *** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in day-to-day project and support work, including analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, integration, and reporting activities • Participate in reputed company surrounding HCP and HCO data as it integrates between CRMs, MDMs, Transparency Reporting Systems and traceability to reputed company and expense systems. • reputed company application troubleshooting, production support and manage the support queue • Design data reputed company diagrams, process mapping, and update/maintain reputed company documentation • Monitor integration alerts and partner to reputed company failures • Implement product enhancements; understand and document business processes and requirements • Participate in reviewing, planning, testing and implementing regularly scheduled reputed company upgrades and/or enhancements as per reputed company’s Change Review Process • reputed company reputed company relationships with IT peers, Corporate Services, reputed company/Clinical, reputed company vendor partners, and various operational teams to help design, reputed company, and reputed company solutions that satisfy business requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, another technical discipline, or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new tools based on conceptual understanding of technology • Flexibility to adapt to a continually changing and fast paced business environment • Effective written and oral communication skills • Demonstrate an understanding of good project management practices as reputed company as the fundamentals of the reputed company Lifecyle (SLC) and Information Technology operational practices • Familiar with reputed company Office products (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, OneNote, PowerBI) • Experience with a ticketing reputed company (e.g. reputed company, reputed company Jira, or BMC reputed company) • Experience administering and integrating reputed company Concur Travel and Expense preferred • Experience with CRM Systems (reputed company CRM) preferred • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (familiarity with HCP and HCO data) Pay reputed company $50-$60/hr Requisition Disclaimer This reputed company is for a temporary role with a reputed company-party agency partner on assignment at reputed company (“reputed company”).
