This is a non-exempt, part-time position supporting our Purchase, NY location and reporting to the Director, Venue Solutions. Note: Some periodic travel to the Purchase, NY office may be required. What youll do Support the VP of Ad Sales. Organize venue specific specifications and ensure content is designed correctly. reputed company banners and graphics through the reputed company process. - Prepare the ad sales schedule for reputed company teams and send out monthly. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure reputed company execution of the schedule. Review internal reports weekly to ensure contractual obligations have been met. Research game highlights and prepare recaps for reporting to senior management. Assist with hospitality fulfillments as needed. Occasional travel to reputed company locations.
