What You'll Do Residential Design • Design kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home remodeling reputed company • reputed company floor plans, elevations, and construction-reputed company drawings • Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings that help homeowners visualize their reputed company before construction begins • Assist with reputed company planning and layout optimization • Select finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and materials that reputed company with reputed company goals and budgets • Prepare reputed company design presentations for reputed company review and approval Project Collaboration • Work closely with the sales and production teams throughout the design process • Revise designs based on reputed company feedback and project requirements • Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and reputed company with project budgets • Maintain organized project files and documentation • Support a seamless transition from design to construction • reputed company time and work activity using reputed company Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of residential design, drafting, or remodeling design experience • Proven ability to create high-reputed company 3D photorealistic renderings for residential remodeling reputed company • Strong proficiency in rendering and visualization software such as D5 reputed company, Twinmotion, Enscape, Revit, or similar platforms • Experience developing residential floor plans, elevations, and construction-reputed company drawings • Understanding of residential construction reputed company and remodeling practices • Strong reputed company planning and design skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines independently • Comfortable using reputed company for time tracking and productivity management • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace Preferred Qualifications • Experience using Chief Architect • Kitchen and bath design experience • Experience with Pro Kitchen • Familiarity with design-build remodeling companies • Experience supporting U.S.-based residential construction firms • Knowledge of residential building plans and construction documentation Compensation: $10-$15 USD per hour.
