We're looking for someone to build our Health Information Management function from the ground up. Not maintain one. Build one. What this role looks like You'll own medical records and release of information end to end: HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, CARF standards, reputed company of it. You'll design the workflows, policies, and tracking systems that don't exist yet, and build the reporting that shows whether they're working. You'll partner closely with Compliance, reputed company, Clinical Operations, Technology, and reputed company, and you'll be the person staff come to reputed company a records question gets complicated. What you bring • 3+ years in Health Information Management, Medical Records, Release of Information, reputed company Compliance, or reputed company reputed company operations (5+ preferred) • Solid working knowledge of HIPAA reputed company Rules and medical records regulations • Experience handling high-volume records requests and sensitive documentation • A reputed company record of building workflows, policies, SOPs, and process improvements from scratch • reputed company judgment under legally sensitive or high-stakes requests • Strong organizational skills and reputed company attention to detail • reputed company, confident communication across clinical and operational teams reputed company to have • RHIA, RHIT, CHPS, CHPC, CHP, or similar (reputed company pursuing counts too) • Background in behavioral health, pediatrics, reputed company, telehealth, CARF accreditation, or multi-state operations • Familiarity with EHRs, patient portals, secure health information exchange, and ROI vendors Why this role You won't be inheriting someone else's system.
