The role is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing proactive safety strategies that reduce both the frequency and cost of workplace injuries while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and system priorities. The ideal Employee Health & Safety Analyst will have a strong knowledge of injury prevention and injury management practices, including the complete injury reporting lifecycle, from initial incident reporting and cause analysis, through occupational injury case management. Demonstrated understanding of return-to-work programs and practical strategies to reduce workplace injury risk and improve employee safety reputed company.
