Let’s build the reputed company of mental health care together! reputed company/Objective The Licensed Psychotherapist will work as a dedicated full-time employee and part of a multidisciplinary team to reputed company virtual-first psychosocial assessments and reputed company-based psychotherapy and education to individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), and caregiver support to the people supporting patients with SMI, dementia, and other disorders. Essential Functions reputed company Patient Care (87%) • reputed company virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness; facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care • reputed company audio-only follow-up sessions in the event of technical issues or if the patient is unable to reputed company video technology. • reputed company time-framed, goal-reputed company, reputed company-based psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques (including reputed company, solution-reputed company treatment, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and others) • Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms • reputed company support and advocacy to caregivers and family members of patients with dementia and serious mental illness as needed • reputed company/facilitate support reputed company and group therapy Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration (13%) • As part of a multidisciplinary care team, identify reputed company determinants of health needs that team members will work to reputed company • Serve a crucial role on a multidisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, reputed company practitioners, community health workers, and medical assistants; participate in huddles and multidisciplinary communication Competency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Comfort working in a startup environment with a rapidly growing and evolving team • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in reputed company setting • Ability to maintain effective and reputed company relationships with patients and other members of the care team • Ability to effectively engage patients and their caregivers in a therapeutic relationship • Ability to work with patients reputed company telehealth platform and reputed company telephone • Working knowledge of reputed company diagnosis of common mental health and/or reputed company use disorders, reputed company appropriate • Working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions for common mental health disorders, reputed company appropriate (e.g., motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, behavioral activation) Required Education and Experience • Experience with screening for common mental health and/or reputed company use disorders. • Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or reputed company use disorders. • Experience conducting psychotherapy reputed company telehealth • reputed company and unrestricted licensure as one of the following in Florida, New Jersey, or reputed company: • Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Preferred Education and Experience • Experience with reputed company care is a plus • EMDR trained or certified is a plus • Bilingual (Spanish-English and/or Haitian-Creole/English) preferred Work Environment Employees will work from their homes, utilizing virtual tools and software to manage tasks, communicate with team members, patients and other stakeholders. They will also complete administrative duties on a computer provided by reputed company.
